What you do at the machine, step by step
An injection molding machine melts plastic, forces it into a steel mold, cools it and opens to drop a finished part. Your station is beside the machine, and the job is to make sure each part that leaves it is right.
You move to a different machine now and then, so the parts change through the week. You wear closed-toe shoes, and operators also read work instructions, fill in forms and judge color. Your floor supervisor is the person to ask about a part or a machine during the shift.
- Take the finished parts out of the machine.
- Inspect each part.
- Trim parts where they need it.
- Package the parts for shipping.
- Move to another machine now and then.

Working conditions, plainly
The plant is climate controlled. You wear closed-toe shoes, and lifting is up to 50 pounds. You stand and sit for long stretches at your station.
You never deal with customers. The office and shipping handle customers, so your shift is about the machine and the parts.
Second shift ends at 12:30 a.m., so plan on reliable transportation to Noblesville.
Employees who demonstrate consistent results, initiative, and readiness for the next role will be considered for advancement opportunities. Spanish speakers are welcome; there are translators at the plant.
