Keep the plant, its equipment and its grounds in working order: preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and help with machine setup.
Apply on Indeed Read the jobOperators take finished parts out of the injection molding machine, inspect them, trim them and package them. You move to a different machine now and then, so the parts and the work change. Operators report to a floor supervisor, and floor supervisors report to the plant manager.
The plant is climate controlled. You wear closed-toe shoes, and lifting is up to 50 pounds. You never deal with customers, because the office and shipping handle that, so your shift is about the machine, the parts and doing each step right.

People who do well here like to focus, like things done in order, and take pride in a part that comes out right. Whether you are leaving retail or going back to work after time at home, a set shift and steady work may be what you are looking for.
Spanish speakers are welcome; there are translators at the plant. You can fill out the general application on a phone in about two minutes.
The tool room is part of the plant. It is equipped to build, modify and maintain injection molds, with CNC mills, EDM, wire, manual mills and lathes, surface grinders and radial drill presses, under a 3-ton bridge crane.

Mold building, molding, inspection, packing and shipping all happen in our plant on Herriman Boulevard, and we work on the design with you and our partners. Here is the path every part takes.
Parts are drawn in SolidWorks, and Mastercam writes the CNC tool paths.
The tool room builds, changes and maintains the molds.
Our injection molding machines run day and second shift.
Operators trim each part and inspect it at the machine.
Every part is inspected again at packing, then boxed for shipping.
Out through four docks, or on our own truck within 50 miles.
Because the tool room and the machines share one building, a mold that needs a change goes from the machine to the tool room bench and back without leaving the plant. To start a project, request a quote or email info@burco-molding.com.

We run injection molding machines from 90 to 950 tons. That range covers small parts and large ones on the same floor, with molds built and maintained in our own tool room and set by overhead cranes rated to 10 tons.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and go through an ISO audit every year. Every part is inspected at least twice, once in production and once during packaging, and finished work leaves from four docks or on our own truck within 50 miles.
Send your name, phone number, email and a description of the project. Every job is different, so we follow up to talk it through. Requests go to info@burco-molding.com.
